    Pilot body

so disappointed in Heathblur So disappointed in heathblur ..being asking them directly and in all forums for a Pilot body for VR since they lauched the F14 and by the look of things they do not care about that at all....it has been over a year....and their pilot body is no where to be seen in their development line.....they are not that great of a developer...the pilot body should have been enabled at launch (the commands exist in the game).....specially since you can see there is a pilot body from jester point of view...so it is there.....refusing to make it visible to it is definitely not a good job ....I totally disagree with you.... without a pilot body in VR breaks the immersion... their customer service sucks....i have asked them over 6 times directly and all I get from them is thank you for your kind patience...
  2. I want to roll back to 2.6 open beta with no updates version 2.5.6.43453......it made my VR experience movie like....for the first time I was not bothered by the flicking and shimmering.... all through 2.5 I tried to minimized what I thought was the shimmering in straight edges of waves and buildings and in tree shadows caused by what I thought where the fresnel lenses of my Odyssey Plus lenses....I was amazed in 2.6 that went away in the sea... what needed to be sharp was like cockpit and gauges were sharp and beautiful, and the shadows were solid and not pixelated, and the water was out this world...it looked pretty much like the real thing.....it was soft, and it moved and reflected light like the real thing....then I was shocked and sadly disappointed two updates later and is back to feeling of 2.5 and frustration on the water again. When 2.5.6 originally came out, the water behind the carrier left a white froth and was visible. Since the last hot-fix, the water effects in regards to the ships has disappeared again. This really helped in VR. I could spot the carrier from afar, could judge the direction, and while landing made ten easier to judge what was the sea and what was the carrier...... my specs are GFX Card: GTX 2080 Ti 11GB CPU: i9-9900k RAM Qty: 64GB ddr4 HD/SSD/NVME: NVME samsung 970 evo Odyssey + DCS Preset (PD 1.1): FPS: VR 45-65 (O+) Running Textures: High Terrain Textures High Civ Traffic High Visib Range Extreme Heat Blur Off Shadows High Resolution 1280x768 Aspect Ration 1.6666666666 Monitos 1 Screen Res. of Cockpit Displays 1024 MSSA 4x Dept of Field Off Lens Effects Dirt+Flare Motion Blur Off SSAA x2 SSLR Off Clutter/Grass 1500 Tress Visibility 100% Preload Radious 100000 Chimney Smoke Density 4 Gamma 1.3 Anisotropic Filtering 16x Terrain Objet Shadow Flat Cockpit Global Illumination Off Message font scale 1 scale GUI 1 Rain Droplets

  4. I am running two versions of DCS one 2.5 stable with the VR mods and the new one 2.6 and I am getting better lighting and performance on the new one as is without mod....I am seeing all this little subtle things like gust of wind while landing....way less shimmering for me in VR....the clouds improved now they don't jump places when I move my head from side to side....I am loving the cockpits at night....the new lighting is awesome....so are the new sound and visual effects when your pilot is about to pass out...
