DCS Max adjusts the affinity to allow Black Shark to operate on all the CPU cores. With the 1.0.1 patch one doesn't need to adjust the affinity anymore with DCS Max.

If you're a little more careful it won't happen. Also I would not link the throttle to the collective in the control options.

Even when you deactivate it there are times (every time for me) when no reactivation code is produced. Then when you email DCS no response is the norm. With all the viruses and scumware out there it isn't surprising that one uses up a few activations just getting the thing installed. One should reformat every 4 months anyway so stop with your smug harrassment. You resort to name-calling by posting that ambulance with your baby photo on it. Typical. I figured a workaround anyway once I found out DCS customer service doesn't even exist. All you try to do here is brown nose DCS and it is very ridiculous. ;)

After so many hours of this game it becomes like second nature. I started with the Russian version but have the English version now. When I started I had to call it a night a few times because I was too frustrated to continue. See you in the skies m8.

No you don't get one. I deactivated twice and no code both times. Now I'm down to 5 activations left thanks to ED's mistrust and misrepresentations to its customers. ED didn't even have the decency to return my email to them.

Probably the 1.0.1 version has been cracked and the 1.0.1b is a Starforce update.

I recover Windows 7 RTM fully activated, Windows XP SP3, the Black Shark game already activated and a host of other software and drivers in only 30 minutes. 26 gigs fit on 2 regular DVDs and all the configurations for flying are already set. One can save activations this way and still test hardware updates. If my machine won't boot one day I have 2 partitions so I can go into one and backup data then either replace the partition or recover the entire hard drive image in a fraction of the time it would take to reinstall Windows.

One would have to have ESP to know that. For Christ's sake the game is still on the drawing board.

I'm waiting on a response also. Look at the other posts, several other people are waiting also. I think I'd have a stroke if support had the decency to respond. All one can do is wait.

I wonder how long a reply will take if he does make the effort. Several days ago I emailed support with a photo of my product serial number and receipt and still no reply. Judging from other posts a response might take light years if one gets one at all. I deactivated mine on 2 seperate occasions and was not provided a reactivation code both times. The manual says to try again to deactivate it. What are we supposed to do burn up all our deactivations trying to get a solitary reactivation code?
