First of all, it's great that the MiG-29 is so far advanced. I also like the early access key features. I hope there will be good progress after Early Access and it won't take too long with the Ground Control Intercept. All in all, I'm really looking forward to this MiG. @BIGNEWY Can you present a list of the early access liveries? That would be great. That way I could think about how I could design missions in the editor before the release.

Hello everyone, I would be delighted if we received a detailed Münsterland. There were some important points in the Münsterland during the Cold War. For example, the Lützow Kaserne (N 52°0'12'' E 7°43'34''). The Herresfliegerkommando 1 was stationed there from 1970 to 1984, flying Bo-105s and UH-1s as well as other aircraft. In Münster were also British garrisons - Portsmouth Kaserne, Oxfort Kaserne and more. But I can say less about that. Near Münster in Dülmen-Visbeck there was the Sondermunitionslager Dülmen-Visbeck / Special Ammunition Site (SAS) StOMunNdlg 331/3 - N 51°47'45'' E 7°19'30''. Nuclear warheads were stored there. The 570th Artillery Group from July 1964 to 1992 and also the Raketenartilleriebataillon 72 guarded the warheads. Maybe someone will add more information about the region in general or correct me ? There is certainly a lot more to say about Münster and the surrounding area during the Cold War, but perhaps Urga Media have already looked into it more. As far as I know, the region will be covered in phase 2. As I said - a beautiful Münster - similar to what Hannover looks like in Urga´s videos so far - would be great.

Dear aviation enthusiasts, Here is my first f/a 18 mission. It is a longer mission. A-G. There are plenty of voice overs. Please check the user files for everything else. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/de/files/3343872/ Greetings and have fun.

That would be very good. Please implement as far and as well as possible. That would be something for the wishlist.

Hello dear flight enthusiasts, I am posting / linking ANOTHER ONE here. For feedback - improvements, general suggestions etc. and to have fun with it... My goal was to create a mission that has more complex voice overs. You can only hear them if you are on the right frequency at the right time. So presets have to be switched at the right time. Apart from that, I wanted to make the mission relatively simple - so it's more of a shorter flight with a short use of weapons. Depending on skill, it's a single pass. No big threats. So that even beginners can fly ANOTHER ONE and have fun and hear or learn some new things. I tried to create radio messages inspired by real ATC. I wanted to try out how a mission can build up when there are several participants (Player, Wingman, Ground, Tower, Rapcon, SIGINT, FAC) in it. I also decided to test a few little things, such as the use of images in a mission. No scripts or mods. Triggers and flags were used. Trying all this out for possible future larger projects. For all further information just check the mission in the user files. If one or the other has any feedback. Thank you very much. ______________ digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3343594/

Hello combined DCS community knowledge, I would like to have a collection of concrete example sentences for DCS mission creators. As an aviation enthusiast who has no direct contacts in the sector and is not a native English speaker, it is often difficult to create missions with documents or sometimes difficult to understand real videos and audios. So I thought there must be people here who can give real examples. Based on their real experiences or simply good relationships or well-founded knowledge. It would be great if the examples referred specifically to the NTTR and Nellis. I don't know what is allowed and what is not. I hope that the people who post examples here know this and modify them if necessary. The more precise and concrete the examples, the better and easier it would be to use them for missions. Interesting for me personally would be, for example: - How do I check into a range or restricted area ? What does the pilot say - what does the air controller say? The same for a subrange ? - Examples of a conversation between ROO and pilot ? - How to check out ? - Request to the tower for departures. Maybe also special ones like TAC A10 ? - Request to the tower for landings. - Checking out of Class B airspace ? - General features that are only relevant for NTTR or could easily be displayed ? - Does Nellis or Creech have a nickname for pilots and communication? Similar to Silverbow / Tonopah ? - Conversation with Creech Tower and Pilot about Touch and Go exercises. - What exactly is the “have quick” all about? Should this appear in every NTTR mission or is it only relevant in larger missions such as Red Flags (like Sedlo has already included it) ? There is certainly much more. If you can think of any phrases that you would like to hear in a mission. Please add them or post them if you know them. Many questions. I hope there are answers. I would really appreciate it and I think other Mission Creators would too. Thank you in advance for all the information you provide.

DCS NTTR 2.0 Missions
DonLuicia replied to Justificus's topic in DCS: Nevada Test and Training Range
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I will probably do a few more missions. I'd like to build another one that includes the Urban Operations Complex at the southern end of Dog Bone Lake. Yes, realism is one of those things. I wanted it to be realistic but also easy to understand for beginners. A mixture. Of course, it also plays a big role that I only know real procedures and Brevity from the “Internet and Books” and not from pilots, controllers or JTACS, etc. -
DCS NTTR 2.0 Missions
DonLuicia replied to Justificus's topic in DCS: Nevada Test and Training Range
Hey guys. I created a small mission. You have to fight moving ground targets in R-62A & R-62B. On the Dog Bone Lake there is or was a range that is or was specially designed for moving targets. HSMT (High-Speed Moving Target). I found this interesting and developed the mission. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3342263/ I had to take the mission down again. I'll rework a few things. This was important to me. Thanks to everyone who made a flight and had fun with it. -
Hey Guys. Here's my Scarver. BMW F 650CS Scarver, 37.3 kW / 50 hp @ 6800 rpm. With drive belt. Original except for a few chrome parts. I mainly use it for trips between home and work. You have some beautiful machines ! Have a good drive at all times.

After searching for some time to find the list of current cockpit_params for the JF-17 radio, I thought I'd post the whole list. In case anyone else is building JF-17 missions and is interested. JF17_COM1_FREQ JF17_COM2_FREQ Greetings

Are there or were there PRMG at airfields on the Syria map in reality? If so, I would like to have them for the map. Maybe the Russians have installed PRMG at Bassel al-Assad International Airport (ICAO: OSLK) ? Unfortunately I could not find any information about PRMG in Syria and the surrounding area. Best regards

Mobile RSBN / PRMG radionavigation system
DonLuicia replied to 303_Kermit's topic in DCS Core Wish List
That would be really excellent. Especially as we don't have PRMG on most maps if I'm not mistaken. -
I was really hoping to have some airbases outside Egypt and Israel in the early August 24 update. These are three bases that I would like to have. Al Wajh Domestic Airport / OEWJ Tabuk/Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz / OETB King Faisal Air Base / OJKF It would be very good to have at least one base (fixed wing) outside of Israel or Egypt. Thanks for the effort so far.

Thank you for your feedback. It should be easy to add the option to spawn some manpads to increase the difficulty if needed. I haven't thought about disallowing the AB yet. This should also easy to implement. The airbase could be designed nicer and more lively, especially with the recent numerous new ground elements added to DCS. I am pleased that you find the mission suitable for beginners. That was important to me. When I get back to working in the mission editor, I'll be sure to adjust this mission.

Thank you very much.

Really fascinating mission. It was a lot of fun and left me inspired. I hope there will also be future versions. Maybe with Eurofighters or Tornados. In the future Kola map there may also be room for some exercises based on real ones such as Loyal Arrow, Nordic Response or Cold Response. Keep up the good work.
