Just a little up date Here’s couple pic of what I have been doing, but it’s still in the rough..I found a tool that would cut the size of hole I needed for the gauges for the right IP from Harbor Freight. I needed a 2 and 7/8 hole. I use 2 and 7/8 (OD) LB conduit from Homedpot to fit in the hole for instrument bezel.

I don’t think a MFD would work that great in my pit, the 7” fits better. The reason I was asking about the Shkval resolution is because I had a 640x480 and I could barely make out tanks on the Shkval, so I was wanting to know if anyone has seen the Shkval in 800x600 res. Showtime817th

I thinking of getting a 8” for mine and build the hood that goes around the Shkavl. There so many 8” LCD out there that not sure which one to get, any advice would be appreciated. Showtime.

PeterP, Never really took notice of the collective brake in the past, but your post made me look at the manul lol. After reading what it can do for you in flight, I think I will build a collective brake. :D Thanx for added more work for me:D

Hi Wasserfall, Thanks for answering my question in my thread...Your HUD Box looks a lot better than mine. I cut mine helmetmountedsight out of a 2X4 board lol. Do you have drawnings or measurement for the helmetmountedsight receivers? I would like to add more detail to mine. You did outstanding job on yours. Showtime817
