Gavski1 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Has anyone got FacetrackNOIR working with F-86F? I have recently got into DCSW after serious addiction to A10-C I have FC3 and F-86F (which I love). I can use Facetrack in all my FC3 planes as well as the stock Mustang and SU25. But not Sabre. Anyone else had the issue? I'm thinking a may need a saparate .dll file for it? TurboHog Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 With the Freetrack 2.0 protocol it should be recognized as normal TrackIR. No dll files needed (not anymore). Plug n play for all modules and all other games/sims that support Track IR. Make sure you have FtNoIR 1.7.2. 'Frett'
Korn Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Known issue, fortunately easily fixable: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=127342 Same solution for the 109K.

Yep, it works properly now after the update, I was struggling with it for quite a while, it would work for one mission then if you exited the mission, it didn't work, you had to stop and start the facetracknoir app to get it working again, it was the only sim that did it, none of the others did, but now it works every-time no problems at all, so far anyway. So yes I had issues with it on the Sabre only but now they are gone. Edit: I did dump the headtracker.dll file into the DCS folder, cant remember the exact name of the file or the exact location, just google it.

Brilliant - got into DCSW mainly for the Sabre and now it's working great with FTNIR. Thanks. For some reason though I do still need Headtracker.dll in my \bin folder but that's fine.
