AH_Sid Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 (edited) I see we also have a new effect where by the rudder of a parked aircraft will swing away from any wind set in a mission. Quite rightly as we don't have the Rudder Gust Lock implemented yet. ;) Unfortunately this new features introduces a new bug to the rudder, the pilot doesn't appear to have enough strength to hold full rudder against even a 10m/s wind on the ground. In calm conditions (no wind) you can still taxi and takeoff. But if any wind has been set in the mission, it just overpowers the pilots ability to make rudder inputs. This makes the F86F unflyable in the current V1.5.2.48162.126 build if any wind has been set in the mission. :( In the current DCS World 2 OpenAlpha V2.0.0.47610 it's no problem holding full rudder input in a strong wind. Chief1942 Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 Thanks! Yes Sid, You guys blow me away that you can dig into a problem/bug and determine what is causing it. Me? Fix it!":music_whistling: Intel i5-4690K Devil's Canyon, GForce TitanX, ASUS Z-97A MB, 16GB GDDR3 GSkill mem, Samsung SSD X3,Track IR, TM Warthog, MFG Crosswind pedals, Acer XB280HK monitor,GAMETRIX KW-908 JETSEAT
