Hi,

well, I'm calling it a feature but in fact it's a bug. Anyway, it does not seem to affect anything, and it's funny to see SU-33 jumping when I repeat repetitively the u key and then release it. I'll leave a track here (I managed to get the wing damaged, but it's so nice to see that su-33 has vtol capabilities xD)

I was kidding about the bug. It does happen, but I don't consider it a real problem, just a feature (which is actually funny). It's probably because in the implementation when the aircraft is placed for take off, they change only its position, but do not reset its speed.

Since when you place the aircraft it goes a bit down (because of the suspension) you can get a little bit of speed, and so what happens is that, if you press at the right time, you can increase your vertical speed enough to make some cool movements (like making the plane to jump, which I've already managed to do).

Not a cool feature from the naval flanker to behave at the deck on the old carrier.

Slipping, bump along, explode at "U" key at first hit at 100% probability with 1 m/s wind.

I hope ED not want money for a working carrier: plane behave normally like old days, wheelchocks working on start positions, taxi, rearm&refuel, repairs...
