Chief Instructor Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 Hi all, I have searched on the topic but have not been able to find anything, though I bet I'm not the first to ask... I was just wondering if there is any way of Fast Forwarding through tracks and watching the playback a little more like a movie? Often, the good part is 30 odd minutes into the track and using the time multiplyer still takes a long time to get there. Also, being able to rewind would be nice! Sorry if this has already been answered but I've not been able to find it! Bushmanni Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 There's no possibility of skipping forward or backward or rewinding because of replay file format. If you really need to skip or rew you can use Tacview. It will give a lot detailed sense of the action as a bonus though buildings aren't rendered in Tacview. Bucic Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 The only thing you can use is Time Acceleration (see: key commands, game \doc\ folder). Also note how track camera views editing[/ I] work: - track 1 is saved - track played, camera controls not used (e.g. Numpad arrows) - -> effect: no changes made to track 1 same as above but camera controls used (e.g. you look around during track playback): - track playback finished - 'debriefing' screen shown - Save track to new filename: track 2 - -> all the camera movements, zooms, pauses, time accelerations and decelerations has been saved to track 2 file and when you replay that track 2 (hands off camera controls) you will see everything that you did with the camera while watching track 1 and looking around F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close
