AtaliaA1 Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I see a 660 for $129 why should I get yours for $160? Tech. I am unaware of makes this one more of a deal? ENO Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I'm not going to list off the difference in the specs- a 10 second google search will give you all the info you need but what I will say is that's a competitive and fair price for what might be one of the most versatile cards out there. If people aren't afraid to overclock this baby will keep pace with cards 4 times the price. These are the cards I recommend people snatch up if they want a low budget performance rig. Cali Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 If I had a choice I'd get the 670. Look at the car in my sig, it's a GTX 670 FTW and I love this card. i7-4820k @ 3.7, Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB 1866mhz EVGA GTX 970 2GB, 256GB SSD, 500GB WD, TM Warthog, TM Cougar MFD's, Saitek Combat Pedals, TrackIR 5, G15 keyboard, 55" 4K LED
PureEvil Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 a low budget performance rig almost stock 1 fan cooler, used. maybe a decent price... how old is the card? have been OC'd (how high?)? warranty? sure, it will work for low budget performance rig! STEAM asus p8z68-v gen3, 2600k@4,5ghz(w/c), 16gb, 1080ti(w/c), ch fighterstick/gvl224-4000-8, ch pro throttle, Oculus Rift CV1+Touch, thrustmaster tx
Faith Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 In the future I would recommend not placing the graphics card bottom with all of its solder connections onto a hard surface as they could easily be damaged when setting it on the table. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
