Why does the #3 engine have a grill over it, but not the others?

 

In the early photos all engines were clean, it is likely that this grill was installed for testing.

Well not for control Black Sea but they can use it for transport example Novorosik-Sevastopol. Military proyect for missile could be a serious threat with the new missile generation, this time not only 6 missiles. This monster may carry much more modern Russian missiles
