What's wrong with my last second before touching ground

Attached is my 15 landing trk

100% fuel, no payload

I approached the airport with a more smooth glide slope.

And I think the speed is ok for landing according to that weight.

But at last second before touching, I pulled back stick to reduce the descent to less than number one on the meter (almost pitch 0 on HUD)

But even I can see the vertical velocity marker almost pitch 0, the plane still heavily hit the ground .....

 

what's wrong with my operation?

Hi,

I watched your video and I think its because you were flying too slow.

Your speed at touchdown was 140 IAS, pretty slow for a fully fueled F15

 

Try landing at 160 IAS and activating the speedbrake after touchdown.

still not very confident to determine the flare point w/o looking at the raido alt of HUD, not enough time to give a glance. So I found always got higher flare point.

Before my flare point, I noticed that IAS was ~~160, so never noticed that after flare point, reduced to 140. Does it mean that I should be at 180 at flare point such that can reduce to 160 when touchdown?

Lose fuel... personaly I try not to land with more then half a tank.
