Cowboy10uk Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Hi guys, just a quick one, I'm aware, there is confusion about whether those of us who pledged to dcs WW2 will now get the Dora for DCS world, due to all the changes that have happened recently to the project. Now I believe a Wags stated he would have more info on this in the July update. Has anyone any idea when this will be released. I pledged $60 to the DCS WW2 kickstarter which included the Dora for that sim, and I was ipunder the impression at that time, that if I wanted her in DCS World that I would have to purchase the license for that sim also. Now with the changes I'm more confused than anything and have no idea if I need to purchase a license or not. I want the Dora in DCS World, and I certainly don't want to miss out on the lower pre purchase price. Any idea what I should do? cichlidfan Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 This pre purchase is targeted towards non-DCS: WW II backers. Although we are still tuning the rewards program, any backer contributing $40 or more will get the Dora as part of their rewards. Backers will get their keys prior the Dora release. I don't think there will be keys for each sim anymore. Otherwise, your options are to either pre-purchase (so you can save money) but possibly have duplicate keys or don't worry about it and just buy it later if you need to. The monthly updates seem to mostly arrive at the end of the month. But all contents of FC3 came out together first then individual ones, while WWII would first individual ones then later a collection of all. But one key for all is appreciated. fastfreddie Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 If you pledged more than $40 for DCS WWii you will be getting the Dora on August 5. I'm sure they won't mind if you decide to buy another license but you will be getting one for backing the previous KS project. Nobody knows yet if they are doing away with the separate enterprises (DSC World vs DCS WWii) but its looking that way.

We are talking about separate keys, for DCSW and DCS WWII, for the same aircraft.
