Let us know how it feels on the tongue, seems pretty hot! Panola makes several good sauces. I prefer the standard Gourmet Pepper Sauce. It's amazing on mac n cheese or eggs.

Just bought a really really hot hot sauce and got it for a bargain! It's called Mad dog pepper extract. 5 million scoville units. http://www.amazon.com/MAD-Pepper-Extract-Million-Scovile/dp/B00170SLO4

Also bought last week Blairs mega death hot sauce, great on burgers and has a good kick!

Feel free to share your hot sauces too!

I like "100% pure naga" from Cili Pipp. They have several others, but this is my favourite. I use it in normal quantities, but sometimes add to much. I can`t imagine eating whole tablespoon like these guys.

Ebay is actually a really good resource to start off a collection.

I must say I do enjoy some Cholula on everything. Fairly standard, but it has beaten a lot of the more rare ones I have collected over the years.

Obviously Sriracha (and it's various variations) are always the winner though, regardless of the situation.

Sriracha is awesome, however, once you start to want something with a good kick you need something spicier.

Certainly. Sriracha is more of a general sauce/spice than a hot-sauce I suppose. I tend to do a lot of cooking with it as one of the main ingredients. Works very well.

My Girlfriend hates it though. One bite and the reaction is: "Again? Goddamnit."

Have you tried the original sriracha from Sriracha, Thailan? You can get them at your local Thai market. It's a lil more spicier and lots tastier than those Vietnamese imitators. For something really spicy you must try our homemade seafood hot sauce; them tiny garden grown Thai chili will knock you out. BTW, milk gets rid of the burn after eating spicy food real quick.

ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

I haven't tied the original sriracha. I don't think I have a Thai market anywhere near me(I live in NJ, USA). I'll have to check on eBay or Amazon for such a thing.

The only TRUE thai place that I have seen in NJ is a restaurant in Turnersville. Thai Terrace it's called. And if you're talking about Hmart, that's not Thai, that's Korean.
