Huey External Cargo Camera Window problem

Everything works fine in the Huey External Cargo Hook business, with the exception of the External Cargo Camera. Its Window is not opening with Ctrl-Shift-C! Any Idea what might blocking it?

Have you used the f6 menu to select the cargo ? Once you do that the cargo cam shoud become active then your keybinding should work

Yes, and had also the cargo hooked, deployed and unhooked both in manual and automatic mode. But the Cam window just wont open!

Maybe you could be so kind as to share the solution with the rest of us? The cargo cam does not work for me no matter what I try and I would love to know what the solution is.
