this is the hardest challnge I can come up with and here it is : fly a mission using only voice recognition software nothing else no joystick only your voice.

with fog and a heavy wind, ow and you have to land on a carrier even if it is just a touch n go with the 25t.

this all with your fly unzipped, in a public place/lanparty.

 

Only Jack Bauer can do such things, but he'll be on the phone with his daughter talking about their relations.

...with only one engine running and it's performance oscillating between 60% and max (it happened once to me, the engine performance oscillated between 60% and full afterburner randomly - that was pretty cool ;) )

With the voice recognition software set to an ancient dialect of Chinease, and using an original Pentium 233 Mhz PC, with Voodoo 2 Graphics. (Advanced Haze on).

Never had such things, only rpm limitations due to compressor damage (not full 100% thrust), and when sropping below certain percentage the engine flamed-out, but that's not really impressive, is it? Oh, this all on the su-25T.

 

But an oscillating engine? Are you sure it wasn't your joystick axis, or you weren't flying inverted for a while?

Would be cool to see a track of it, if you can reproduce this, try flying slow near enemy BTR-70s, works great. Shilkas are fine too, the Strela's en Iglas are an overkill for this test.

I've experienced this only once so far - I shot down four Hornets but one of them hit me with a cannon round. After that #2 engine was in flames so I stoped it, but #1 was still working, but not stably. The engine thrust oscillated badly. I don't think it was an hardware issue though. I have no probs with my controllers at all.
