I updated my DCS last night but the autopilot does not seem to work for me.

can anyone confirmed that this has been fixed???

also, I lost all my Campaign history? Looks like they removed some old files by mistake. Has anyone else lost his/her campaign history?

The patch renamed the Mods/aircrafts folder to aircraft. I think that's where campaign stuff is stores. If so, you should be able to dig out the old files (aircrafts should still be there) and copy them into the new folder.

I also noticed that it's still not working, at least the "light" is not turning on.

Last night, I ran the DCS Repair utility then launched the game, it came up with a prompt about some fixes to the updater.

I tried the Cold Start training and the Autopilot worked.

 

I would suggest trying the repair utility. it seemed to do the trick for me.

It seems that the .lua edited with "LEFT" now after the updated has changed again to "RIGHT"

 

If someone has this .lua edited before, please change it again like this or make a repair.

Don´t change it back to LEFT !!

 

I have updated and it´s back to RIGHT and the Autolpilt works, so I assume the developers has made the correct fix.

 

If the AP doesn´t work for You, then there is something else amiss.
