But after I installed an f/a-18 mod from the VA site and removed it, I try to launch DCS it won't launch, I get the updater and that's it. I try to launch it from the file location and it says I'm missing a .dill file? I did some researching on the problem and it seems the only way to fix it is to buy a repair program for 40 dollars... DWF Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I had a very similar problem yesterday after an update. Go to Windows Start page and try the "Repair DCS" option...worked for me. Intel I7-3770K 4.1Ghz water cooled, 24GB Corsair Vengeance 1866Mhz, PowerColor RX5700XT GPU, Asus P8Z77-V LK motherboard, Windows 10 on 64GB SanDisk SSD, DSC on 500GB Samsung SSD, purchased Cyberpower 11/27/2012

AtaliaA1 Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 After searching this PC for that file, it was found in Eagle Dynamics Lock On under Ubisoft. But not in DCS Eagle Dynamics folder. It is found several times under Microsoft's entries as part of DX9, DX11 and the C++ entries along with the Video Driver files. So updating or installing those again should do the trick.
