I have the axis control "zoom view" assigned to my warthog's "joy_slider1" (the friction wheel). Works for all modules, but doesn't work in the Su 27. The view zoom is independent of the slider's position.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

if you have TIR you need to unbind it from zoom. Otherwise other axis can't grab it.

 

That did the trick, many thanks. Wonder why I haven't encountered this problem in any of the other modules...

How do I disable TIR

 

I have this same issue and I am using trackir5. How do I do this disable you mentioned. I tried disabling the z axis in trackir but that did not work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

And if you want to bind it to TR, how do you do that?

 

If there is no axis assigned to zoom view in the TrackIr column then ensure your TrackIr software is running, highlight the Zoom View Box in the TrackIr column and hit the 'Default' tab:
