Richard Rodgers Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 We now have our own dedicated flight server for use of any DCS pilots wishing to use it. Currently the server is only passworded on a Tuesday & Thursday evening between 19:00 - 23:00 UK time, as between these times it is reserved for our members. Outside these times there is no password and public access is granted. We encourage pilots to use our Teamspeak 3 channels (links on our home page) whilst on server, and be respectful to other pilots. The server is set to auto-ban/kick people who do not do so. Please enjoy this new service that we are able to offer the DCS community, and who knows, you may even wish to join our group. This thread will be updated with the current DCS version that is being hosted on the server as soon as possible after a version update has been made. Any questions, please catch us if we are on Teamspeak, or PM NeilWillis or Richard Rodgers on this ED forum. Current Hosted DCS Version ----> 1.2.14.35605 [Effective 26/12/2014 at 10:14 AM] http://www.rafairuk.co.uk
joey45 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Cool. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. NeilWillis Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 I try to update the server within hours of a new software update. Just one thing I would like to ask of public use of the server is that you log into our Teamspeak channel, a link to which can be found on our website - http://www.rafairuk.co.uk. The reason we'd appreciate you doing that is because it avoids traffic conflicts during take off and landing. During public sessions, all DCS modules will be available, along with tanking, JTAC and AWACS facilities for both red and blue forces. If you're in European time zones, check out RAF Air if you want to take your online flying further, and wish to join a virtual squadron. Online training and assessment flights will be provided.

Python Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Nice, I'm still yet to properly get into mulitplayer in DCS, an RAF server seems ideal.. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
