Spawned into a Multiplayer mission (DW). Asked to Rearm.

Clean aircraft selected for full internal fuel and 100% ammo.

After Rearming reported complete No MG ammo loaded.

Reset Ammo counters.

Pushed in all circuit Breakers

Turned on Master Arm

Opened Gun Safety guard on stick.

MK108 fires ok

MG151 just hear a click no firing .... no Ammo I think ?

Is there a specific sequence required to get MG ammo ?

Tried this off line as well and get the same thing.

MG wont fire on the ground - you need to be in the air.

Thanks Golani that answers that question :)

We don't have MG151. MG131 is mounted on the top of the engine.

MG131 was 13mm

MG151/15 was 15mm (not used later on fighter aircraft)

MG151/20 was 20mm

The MG131's can be fired on the ground, apply your toe brakes and increase RPM with a little power, after a certain RPM is reached you can fire the MG's

Interesting maybe thats associated with Prop synchronisation requiring a certain RPM rangw to operate ?
