All clickable cockpit controls shoud have a key binding

Hi,

As AvioJet creates key bindings for the Beta C101EB (and CC), please insure that all clickable cockpit controls have a corresponding key binding.

Doing so will enable all cockpit controls to be mapped to either the keyboard and/or buttons on a HOTAS setup.

Im very excited by this module, who would think that a trainer could be this much fun? :) In future updates, I also hope that we're able to assign all or most rotating knobs to an AXIS. Thank you again AvioDev for this module, I like it a lot.

One binding I'd like to see especially is the gyro fast erect since it goes out of whack so easily. That is something I would map to my joystick.

Everything relating the C-101 is urgent. Nevertheless, there are other issues with much higher priority.
