In that case, I will probably not bother with the Mig until this is sorted.

This will not change. Upgrading the protection system causes this and that is something we must do.

You can try using the workaround posted previously.

Do not worry about your activations. They will be reset or you will be issued a new key if you run out.

The method described by Kosi Mazaki at the top of this page seems to work as long as you remember to type MIG-21BIS all in capitals :D

Thanks everyone who has contributed to sorting this lil issue out !

We are monitoring/fixing the situation and working with SF to make sure the Deactivation option works properly.

We had to bite the bullet and upgrade the protection system to make sure smooth, future operation.

It is very likely that we will batch reset all activated keys to 10 once this update has been adopted by the majority of the userbase.

As always, you can write me personally (or anyone else on the team) to acquire a new key.

We're never leaving you without one, regardless of how many hardware changes you do.

Awesome support

I must say, I'm glad to hear that. When I lost the first 3 keys after the last Gfx card and now another one with the recent update I started to worry.

I still have 6 remaining, but it is good to know you take care about that issue...

Thanks!
