Hi Boys

Here's my problem. I got the Control Center and Display driver installed from the Cd that you get when you buy X850XT Radeon.

So the other day i wanted to test to new 6.4 and oi downloaded the the driver and new Control Center. How do i know it doesn't work? The su-25t in the startup isn't smooth :( .How do i install the new driver o.O

Plz help me!

Well, when i'm using the old driver, i have em on High 8 AA and 16 AF, i think...then when i start lockon, and before the start menu appers, there is a Su-25t, and it's like loading. The intake on that plane are smooth(Grafix). Then later when i install new driver N new control center and set the settings on high,(8AA and 16AF), Start lockon, the wings and the intake isn't smooth, it's like low setting grafix. you know you see small squares..:noexpression:

You should always completely uninstall the previous drivers before you install new ones (in my expreience, you can keep any ATi media players and such installed, but uninstall the Control Center and Display Drivers); if you do not, it could certainly cause issues.

Couldn't tell from your post if you'd done a complete uninstall or not, but just thought I'd offer anyway.

Hmm, doens't seem to work, what ever i try :noexpression: I've tried to uninstall all drivers + Control center, then a fresh installation with new drivers n Cc. And the result is always the same. Unsmooth A/C in LO

these new ATI drivers are funny for me also (I have X800XT). I noticed when I disable the two CLI.exe services from Task Manager I get the same effect sometimes... antialiasing isn't working.

If you have done the same and disabled CLI.exe service from starting up automatically, try making sure they are running in Task Manager (there should be 2 such processes running).

CLI.exe is part of catalyst control center, hence disable them you disable CCC, and your configurations within it. as far as I know...

Perhaps someone can elaborate further..
