Programmable autopilot, which guides the plane through waypoints? No, it doesn't have any. It does have a "semi-autopilot" though, a kind of a stabilization device, which can reduce pilot's workload somewhat in different flight regimes. Check page 64 in the manual for more details.

Well, I guess it actually is a full autopilot which can control the aircraft around all axis.

It can also perform more advanced stuff like flying an approach using the PRMG.

However, it has no means of guidance like waypoints.

I checked out the pg-64 autopilot, I couldnt do anything with it, I am trying to get the plane to stabilize in straight and level flight so I can take my hands off the stick and operate other things and I honestly cant figure out how to operate this auto-pilot, the instructions on pg-64 tell you what the lights and switches do but not how it works, I hit all the switches and light buttons and could not get it to maintain level flight, can anyone explain how this thing works?

It's called SAU Recovery Mode in the control bindings (I think).

On Page 51 of the Manual, it's marked as button 3 on the stick (PS3 is the reference throughout the manual).

Use button 4 (PS4) to turn it off.

Re-read page 64 and also the top of page 65, it does tell you this, although not in great detail. The top 6 lines of the auto pilot section tell you about the recovery mode and what it does (stabilise and hold level flight)

"level flight" commands are on the stick, not on the panel. "A" on the keyboard, or push the most right black button on the stick, the "SAU - Recovery".

To disengage push the most left red button on the stick, the "SAU cancel current mode"

Edit: Buzzles beat me to it with a more detailed info
