For A-10C Campaign (for the other aircrafts in their folders):

..\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\A-10C\Missions\EN\Campaigns

Playing: DCS World

Does anyone know if there is a file path that works using the saved games file structure - as has now been implemented for skins etc?

It'd be great if we could separate campaigns etc from the main DCS World installation.

This will do it.

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Saved Games\DCS\Missions\Campaigns\En\

copy any and all campaign files into directory, no subdirectories allowed.

All campaigns will show up under the user campaigns tab in DCS game.

Thanks for your answer Sabre :)

Sorry for my bad english but in fact I see the campaign's folders and files in windows explorer, but when I launch DCS and go to the campaigns, I can't see my new campaigns under the A-10C or the User Tab :(

I tryed some of the tips given by your link but it's the same ...

Is there a file in DCS that defines the way to read the campaigns files ? Maybe it is missing. I really don't understand the .cmp file because the links inside are completly different from mine and it doesn't matter for old campaigns : it works. I tryed to change the links to mine in new campaigns but it seems to do nothing ?!?

Check the permissions on the files. The same user account that runs DCS should have read permissions to the campaign files.

If you can see them in the directory that's good. That means windows can see them with the account you are using to view them.

If DCS is run under the same account they should see the files.

Also all the campaign files have to be in the directory, not just the .cmp one. Campaigns usually have .jpg or .bmp or .png files for the briefing screens as well as the .miz files for the actual missions. They all need to be in the campaign folder for the campaign to work correctly. Look at one of the existing campaigns and you will see what I mean.

Something you could try is to select Missions, go to a different aircraft tab and then select the folder icon at the top of the menu and keep going up until you get to the aircrafts directory, then select the A-10C and see if you can see the files under a different aircraft tab.

It's just a file explorer in DCS so it should show the files if it can see them.

The other option is to do a DCS Repair as maybe something in DCS has gotten corrupted.

Attached is an example where I used the P-51D tab to view the A-10C Training Mission.

Can you post some images of your directories?

Are the files you are trying to access good files (ie they are not corrupted)?

Maybe try downloading them again to ensure they are good.

I don't know why but I can't install anymore campaigns in my game :( Neither in the user directory or in the A-10C directory. I see the old campaigns but not the new ones. Any ideas of what happened ? I don't know where to look for :(

A picture may be better than a thousand words, so here is a snapshot of my A-10c campaign directory with a few User made campaigns installed in the correct directories and how they look in DCS Campaign Selector.

Hope this helps,

I reloaded the campaigns 2 times to be sure it was good. I can play the missions one by one. My "only" problem is that campaigns don't appears anymore in the campaign tab when I put them in the directories.

I will try to post a screen of my user directory later but it seems to be the same than yours MadDog ...
