Kindred Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 So we can actually save fuel by landing on them trains, and no one will dare asking you for your ticket. In that case I hope they dont forget to model the train tunnels if not then :helpsmilie:
chris2802 Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 In that case I hope they dont forget to model the train tunnels if not then :helpsmilie:   Even if they did the rotors probably wouldn't fit... Could make for some amusing scenes of choppers appearing from tunnels with boomerang shaped rotors =)
JonTex Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 I do have one question for those who have flown this chopper already. Are the throttle and collective seperatly modelled in the game? Im not even sure how to ask this question considering im not familiar with the systems on the KA-50 so go easy on me guys:noexpression: . I know for a fact that on some helos the throttle and the collective are seperate. Meaning if you pull the collective you could stall because you havent matched the collective with enough throttle yet. If anyone could enlighten me as to how this will work in BS it would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping this helo would have an auto throttle feature that matches the collective so this does not occur. TEX [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
GGTharos Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 They are linked in the real Ka-50, and so they are linked in BS :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
Griphy Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 In that case I hope they dont forget to model the train tunnels if not then :helpsmilie:   Lol, i'm imaginating some good action like in mission impossible 1. So many thing will be possible for missions whit BS its incradible.
