Also what is the maximum number of aircraft that can spawn on the carriers? Also is there a way to edit exact where on the carrier the aircraft will spawn? Finally is there any way to get soldiers to spawn on the carrier decks so you can load the Huey transports? Also what is the maximum number of aircraft that can spawn on the carriers? at the same time i think 4, either way, if it is more guys trying to spawn they will get a delayed message until a cap is free. Also is there a way to edit exact where on the carrier the aircraft will spawn? technicaly yes and no. you can edit the location for the 1st spawn position, but the others seem to be hardcoded in relation to spawn 1, so it wouldnt be of any use. He means spawning different aircraft at the same time , aircraft that are carrier capable already.
Capn kamikaze Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I know its a bit OT, but since you're talking about carrier ops, I'd just like them to fix the physics of landing WRT carrier ops, every time I land my 33 it's as if I'm hitting a brick wall.... instant stop, and I mean instant, as soon as the hook and wheels hit the deck it's stopped.

I dont have this issue. Also if i take a non carrier plane to make it carrier capable, i just add the input keyboard key for tail hook and the plane will land with an invisible tail hook for both player and AI.

Los Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 In the mission editor I am able to spawn those aircraft on the carrier all ready. IN fact we are regularly flying MI8s and Ka50s (and UH1s) off the Russian carrier and even hauling troops off of them using the ctld script. You can even spawn helos off of frigates and destroyers. Jacks Go here and grab the CTLD script for your transport troops off of carriers needs. The dl includes sample missions. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=143107 Also haven't seen the weird "stop like a brick wal"l with Su33. Thats got to be something going on on your side. Are any mods enabled?
