Which do you use to capture video??

what do you all use? FRAPS or the in game track to AVI converter? because when i use FRAPS it bogs my FPS down to 9 :( and when i use the In game AVI converter it is good but it takes incredibly long :doh: which do you guys use? or is there something else because i have about fifty billion movie ideas that wont get out of my head LOL.

Fraps. I usually make the simulation go at 50% speed, and then increase the speed back up to normal with the video editor.

i think alt+a to decrease speed and ctrl+a to increase it.. or vice versa, can't remember for sure.

ALT A - Decrease speed

SHIFT A - Normal speed

15-30 usualy 25 when just flyin and no action goin on...

I run all the settings on high though so is there a good setting to run fraps that still makes it look sweet? also i use Adobe Premire so is there a setting in that that allows me to take screenshots and put one in frame by frame? also F22Fighter is there any settings on Fraps that you use that doesnt take that many hits on FPS?

take resolution, AA and AF way down. also put it to 16bit. it will run with higher fps with fraps recording then.

set your colors dowo to 16bits..... FRAPS will works great....
