EscCtrl Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 I find the lighting on LO-MAC so boring you hardly feel the full heat of the sun baring down on you or anything no matter how clear the sky is - at the other end of the scale hiding behind a mountain at sunset isn't dark and hidden its just dull and gray. If you play the IL2 series and look up at the sun the contrast of the 'camera' changes to adjust to the intial blinding of it. The general game has a much larger contrast range and it adds a lot to the realism. I'm not sure what thats called but it would make me very happy if you added it :) thanks
plug pray Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 They won't add it soon. Only in the next project, i guess.
S77th-GOYA Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Sun visor. But, yes, the shadows in valleys are not dark enough. For a game that is so graphicentric, this seems to be an oversight. Yes, I said graphicentric. :P

chrno120 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Those lovely sun glares at IL2, but wait, Sunsets in Lock On can be relaxing when the sun is behind the clouds =D The most stupid member in the forum
