shaDe55 Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 How would one go about switching your controls from the stable version to the beta version? For like every aircraft lol.
JughedJones Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 I was told to copy and paste my SAVED GAMES input folder from my stable version to my open beta folder. I did it before I updated though, not sure if it worked! It worked great before this update, not sure if everything will be there.
ED Team Wags Posted October 1, 2015 ED Team Posted October 1, 2015 For the 1.5 Open Beta, please do NOT copy or paste anything. Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/wagmatt Twitch: wagmatt System: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3729544#post3729544

Ragtop Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Copied my input folder over, worked fine. Let the sim recreate everything else 476th vFG Alumni
M1Combat Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 I made a backup of the 1.5 "input" folder and then tried to copy the old one over and had no luck, so I replaced the input folder with the original 1.5 folder. I then went to my regular install, selected each custom section in the controls area (My X65F, Pedals and Virtual Joysticks) and exported each of them. I then opened the 1.5 open beta and imported them and it seems to have worked fine. It looks like I will need to do this for each aircraft. To note - I had never installed the beta of any version before 1.5 Nvidia RTX3080 (HP Reverb), AMD 3800x Asus Prime X570P, 64GB G-Skill RipJaw 3600 Saitek X-65F and Fanatec Club-Sport Pedals (Using VJoy and Gremlin to remap Throttle and Clutch into a Rudder axis)
