Lennoxonnell Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 (edited) Unsure if this happens to anyone else, but when I'm at the menu for DCS, my stream FPS will go down to anywhere from 1-10 FPS, but ONLY for the stream. My game FPS is unaffected. Unsure what is causing the issue, but here is a video example of what is happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnZEXK2E_zw EDIT: Solution to the problem is to hit ALT + ENTER, putting the game in fullscreen mode! Erdem Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Clearly the DCS gods are punishing you for abandoning DCS for CS.

FSKRipper Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Your issue looks the same as: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=147787 Only FPS problems in the main menu, no problems in the sim. If you read the thread and can confirm, maybe a moderator could merge the threads. i9 9900K @ 5,0GHz | 1080GTX | 32GB RAM | 256GB, 512GB & 1TB Samsung SSDs | TIR5 w/ Track Clip | Virpil T-50 Stick with extension + Warthog Throttle | MFG Crosswind pedals | Gametrix 908 Jetseat [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Punisher74 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Also OBS turns off crossfire when using it to record or stream. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=148697 Thanks, Lt. Lennoxonnell Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 UPDATE: Problem is FIXED by hitting ALT + ENTER to put the game in fullscreen mode (it runs borderless by default) Ryzen 1700 @ 3.7ghz | GTX 960 | 16gb Crucial Ballistix F/A-18C | Ka-50 | FC3 | A-10C | P-51D | UH-1H Youtube Channel [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
SkateZilla Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 You can change the Mainscreen by clicking on a module icon and choose wall paper which will disable the 3D Rendering background. Punisher74 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 For me alt enter will not engage 2nd GPU if using OBS. Thanks, Lt. SkateZilla Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 For me alt enter will not engage 2nd GPU if using OBS. OBS Uses hardware encoding, so it likely blocks XFire from running. Even when recording outside of games, OBS always used my 2nd GPU to encode.
