Just had a lot of MP fun with 0 CTD´s. Thanks ED, Hotfix 3 seemed to sort out my problem. Great sim.

Yea this bug is looking squashed! Great work, ED!

 

Thanks to everyone who has been providing data for these crashes it has been very helpful for the ED team.

 

Please continue to provide data on any crashes as they happen so ED can find a fix for them all. :)

I also want to thank you guys for your work. I haven't had any crashes anymore since Hotfix 3 :thumbup:

ekg, your log shows an interesting error just before the access violation:

DX11BACKEND: failed to create vertex buffer. Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Microsoft writes the following about this error:

The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred.

So apparently your gpu became unavailable and consequentially DCS crashed. Did you unplug your GPU by any chance? :lol: More seriously the crash could have been caused by your graphics driver crashing. Are you running the latest drivers?

Good catch. A bit worrying... I'll check the drivers they're whatever was on 4-5 months ago.
