VKB US-Partner Stratojet... anyone ordered from them?

Hi,

 

I just took the plunge on the VKB MkIII T-Rudder Pedals offered from the VKB partner site http://www.gostratojet.com/

 

My PayPal receipt shows seller contact info that doesn't really match the site from which I just ordered.

 

Should I be concerned? Hate to be paranoid, but I just dropped $210 on these pedals... :huh:

I also got messages from RFC Rudel and Jason from Stratojet, which have alleviated my concerns. So, all is well. :)

The OP has been taken care of and his order has been shipped. His issue with PP has also been corrected. I would suggest ED delete this topic altogether.

People list their problems/ issues here all the time and also the fixes for those problems. Seems this one got sorted very quickly, which I would think reflects well for your company. Nobody expect 100% perfection all the time, but they do appreciate quick and effective responses, and that seems to have happened in this case.
