IonicRipper Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 I've had these Saitek Pro Flight rudder pedals for almost 2 years now and they worked fine until the other day... Fired DCS up and when i went to take off I noticed I had no rudder (always check your control surfaces before taking off hehe.) I looked down and the green power light was off even though it was still plugged in. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in, tried every other usb port and none worked. Also tried on a different PC and the light never comes on. Any suggestions? i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

dburne Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) If the light is not coming on, it is likely you are not getting power. Not a good thing. If you have tried the different ports and even a different computer, and still no light, not sure what else you can try. Do you have a powered usb hub available you can try it in? ( Powered referring to a usb hub with it's own power supply). You might also check for a loose or broken wire. dburne Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 You might try removing the pedals, uninstalling the drivers, and try reconnecting and installing the drivers again. See if after uninstalling the drivers, if you get the windows connection sound notification when you plug them back in. Barring that, it does not sound good. Now keep in mind the light may not come on until you actually start up your flight sim, I know mine does that sometimes.
