I came across a bug the other day that is quite game braking. The bug is as follows:

 

Starting the mission from the ramp or parking area in the su-25T (launched either from the mission editor or the instant action. Note: have not tested the tutorial mission since before I updated to the 1.5 patch.) has a odd issue with the flaps

 

The flaps light indicators show that the aircraft has the left side flaps in landing mode (two steps down) while the right side flaps indicate take off (one step down).

 

When trying to operate the flaps they do not respond. This issue does not apply to any other aircraft for me, nor does it effect starting the mission from takeing off from the runway.

 

Ps: I have not tested to see if it affects every runway.

This is the normal starting 'COLD' position for flaps in the Su-25 and Su-25T (has been for years). The flaps will be retracted the moment you start your engines and the hydraulics get pressurised.
