It's still really good though. Also there aren't a ton of avionics to really model in depth anyway, no MFDs and such.

I am not looking for sophisticated avionics. In fact I choose to fly the A over the T just for lack of avionics suite. I like flying visual by a map folded, which is the old fashioned. I brought the subject of INS many times before. I like going through a drifted INS just to test my navigation skills. I also love the A canopy more than the crowded T canopy.

AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

Yes, I agree with you, I really like he 'old school' feel of the A. I too would like to see PFM and cockpit modeling eventually. I guess I misinterpreted your post as looking down on the modeling level of it, cause I think it's pretty good even in its current state. :)
