Why flaps don't move (external view)... Flaps retract and Landing Flaps commands are Ok? I tried with Flap Retract/Landing single toggle command, same problem..

But I have a HYD-S warning.... I don't how how to turn this alarm off.

The HYD.S warning refers to the Hydraulic Emergency Pump which you need to turn on. The switsch is just below of the warning panel to the right of the INS panel.

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Yes, it's marked as "EP"

Indeed, that's short for Electro-Pompe (electric-driven pump, by opposition to normal hydraulic pumps that are engine-driven on the M-2000).

Slightly OT: does the plane have airbrakes? (nothing seems to happen when I press the button I assigned to "Airbrake on")

Yes but for now you have to use the "Toggle airbrakes" key (default is B)
