I can get into Close Combat Radar modes (CCM) and cycle through the 3 sub modes with the V key.

I can do this with either Magic or SR530 as the selected weapon. Manual says if SR530 selected then Radar should return to RWS ... it doesent.

Once in CCM I cannot deselect using any combination of weapons and or Keys.

How do I return to Search ?

"D" seems top do it though looking in the keybindings "D" is allocated to "Change Weapons"

Manual does actually say "D" to renter RWS.

Only way I can change weapons is by the PCA selection buttons.... or C for the guns

It seems the control scheme stems from the SU-25T, so many inputs in the control assignment menu are labelled wrong.

Agreed with fjacobsen.

Due to how the M-2000 is designed, there should not be a "change weapon" (cycle weapons) feature.

This is probably a WIP thing (bug) with controls from the 25T retained when they should not.

Ok though I believe the idea of the Magic HOTAS button on the throttle is meant to be a "Dogfight" type button. in that if it is pressed it immediately takes the weapon system to a Dogfight setting with the MAGIC as the selected weapon.... regardless of previous selections.

It immediately selects Magic, yes.

In the M-2000 you have:

- one 3-position switch on the throttle. Positions are: Air-to-Air guns, Neutral, Magic

- the PCA, that when the above-mentionned switch is in Neutral, will allow you to select other available weapons through various buttons on the panel.

Therefore, there is no single "change weapons" key (D is a left-over from FC3, where this is a standard input).

Sure you can... you make a cycle through PCA bottom row buttons... it's like a "Cycle through weapons". It's just not implemented yet (i hope it will be)

You can select missiles through binds (which are very badly named so it take ages to find in menus) called "Store n SELECT", default LCtrl+n (n for no-numpad number key).
