Vyrtuoz Posted July 25, 2006 Author Posted July 25, 2006 If all is black then there is a technical issue with you graphic card. Can you send me your full configuration using dxdiag? GGTharos Posted March 18, 2007 Posted March 18, 2007 Vyrtuoz, any updates on the way? :) I think a measuring tool might be handy, actually :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
Aeroscout Posted March 18, 2007 Posted March 18, 2007 How does one use this? DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices

Vyrtuoz Posted March 19, 2007 Author Posted March 19, 2007 Vyrtuoz, any updates on the way? :) I think a measuring tool might be handy, actually :) Hi GG, What do you mean by measuring tool, can you give me an example? Regarding Tacview, as you know, I took some rest. :smilewink: But the project is going continue: I already added events filtering capabilities. I’m now going to do minor fixes and improvement before adding a tool to display and compare altitude, speed, etc. using curves.
GGTharos Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Very nice! :) What I mean is like a 'tape' like what we have in LO, where you can measure distance from point A to point B. some1 Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 A nice addition may be also a button to disable the terrain from the 3d view (you know, something similar happens when you delete the file with the terrain data) Sometimes when I fight low in the mountains, planes (or units) hide below terrain. I think it's better to have no terrain visible at all (but a clear view of situation) rather than incorrectly placed. Vyrtuoz Posted March 25, 2007 Author Posted March 25, 2007 Disable terrain Is an option to disable the landscape in the “Options” dialog-box ok for you?
