Danneskjold Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 So with the public release of 1.5, I've been starting to fly again. I remembered how to get the F-86 in the sky, and could do the F-15 as well. I go to hop in a quick mission of an old favorite of mine, the Su-33, just to do a check flight, and am stunned to find out it can't take off. It just seems to bog down on the runway and can't get going near fast enough to even begin to rotate. I take out the Su-27, and don't have a single problem. Is the Su-33 broken? Am I missing something here?
Ironhand Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Something's not right on your end. Flies fine on mine: Check you axis assignments for the Su-33. Perhaps there's an issue there. Danneskjold Posted January 13, 2016 Author Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) I checked everything. All the bound axises, airbrake, everything... I even went through the Keybinds list twice to see if there was a "Parking Brake." Edited January 13, 2016 by Danneskjold
ShadowFrost Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Have you tried an instant action where you are airborne? If you can fly fine try landing then trying a takeoff.
Evilducky Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Are your wings down? good luck taking off with your wings up. haha.
Danneskjold Posted January 14, 2016 Author Posted January 14, 2016 The wings were down. I tried it again, and it took off at another airfield. I'm beginning to think that one of the airfields had a bugged runway, or something. Now I just gotta remember which one it was.
Capn kamikaze Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 What base was you taking off from, there is one that has a bug that effects AI, they do what you're describing too.
