SPI generator: IFFCC ?

Hi Guys,

 

I was flying th other day, and on the HUD, at the position where the SPI generator sensor use to be indicated (left bottom), I read IFFCC. I guess I was in GUN mode, but can't tell what action from me put this indication there. What did I miss?

HUD as SOI, TMS aft short.

This will make a spi wherever the predicted weapon impact is.

So for guns/rockets, it will be the center the piper.

For ccip mode, it will again be the center of the piper.

And so on.

If u have a tgp u can slave all to spi and see where its at.

Thanks. With this feature, the pilot can have a good vision to check the damage of the target.
