2.0.1 Missing command

Just did a fresh install of 2.0 and then the 2.0.1 update and noticed that the "Next Waypoint, Airfield or Target" and "Previous Waypoint, Airfield or Target" command is no longer present in the command list. Anyone else?

Those were part of the simplified FC3 controls that M2000 had for unknown reasons and they've finally managed to remove them. The only problem is that there appears to be no proper hotkey controls for the aircraft's actual navigation and radio systems or HUD modes as of yet.

Is there no shortcut for the engine starter button?

At least I can't find it. I have all buttons necessary for the start up bound to my controllers. Hitting the engine starter button with the mouse is just annoying.

Engine Shut down and start don't work on 1.5.3 you need a fix for them

I haven't used 1.5.3 in ages and I don't miss it at all....
