Swerve all over the place on landing and tackoff - Why?

Guys, I've tweaked the NWS gain a bit and it feels good to me. I'll be curious to hear your thoughts about it. Although I feel we may need some more tweaking.

Can you try a hot runway start at McCarran with no wind/atmospherics and a heavy bomb load?

When I do this, the plane swerves hard at takeoff. The runway itself has a slight slant to it, which I think is what causes the issue.

If that was one of your test conditions already, I apologize.

We've been doing a LOT of tweaks to ground handling, rudder authority, gear stiffness and strength, etc internally and are very happy with its current state. We'll be curious to hear some more once you all get to try it out.

Will these fixes be in the patch that is due out next week? I really like flying this jet but I can't use it in it's current state in Multiplayer. I wiped someone out when lading in in multiplayer the other night and I'm a bit concerned I might get banned from some servers for doing this. I know some servers tell you to keep to the left when landing, but it's currently impossible to do that in the Mirage.

In yesterday's 1.5.3 update this problem seems to have been fixed.....much better ground handling. Applying brakes on landing is still a bit tricky. Great patch thanks.

Pulling the still back slightly works pretty well for me too, and pretty consistantly. Seems a bit less sensitive if nose wheel is less firmly planted.

Just updated to the latest 2.0.1 update 1 and the plane is still veering off to the left of the runway on take off. This was resolved on the 1.5.3 patch but does not seem to have made it through to 2.0.1 update....very disappointing....another 2 weeks wait just to be able to take off !!

So I checked the axis setup on my pedals...

and noticed that my saitek combat toe brakes were giving very erratic input to the M-2000C... jumping all over, skipping areas, didn't start at zero, etc.

However, when I load up the L-39C and check the brake axis, it's very smooth translating input to output.

Is RAZBAM managing brake input yourselves?

Interesting. I'll have to check mine once download finished. I use CH pedals but shouldn't matter I presume.
