Game not opening

When I start the game the patcher pops up and disappears with nothing further happening. Checking task manager shows DCS.exe running with 30% cpu usage. Have tried repairing the installation and restarting but that did not change anything. This problem starting occuring today and last time I was on DCS was a week ago.

 

PC specs are:

 

CPU: i5-3570k

GPU: GTX 680

Memory: 8 GB

OS: Win 10

are you running any antivirus, like AVAST?

 

Please attach your autoupdate_log.txt which can be found in your main install location

 

and your whole logs folder zipped

No anti-virus running.

Managed to get the game working again, turned out to be an issue with an xbox one controller. It's related to the problems listed here:

I think there is any problem with your PC.

Try to debug the problem by using anti virus softwares or update your PC. I hope it'll start working.

Its been mentioned before, Xbox One/360 Controllers Have Driver issues w/ other input devices.

 

Especially CH and Thrustmaster Hotas.
