Pratt Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 I updated to win 10 and had to reload my modules 3 times and I am still being asked to enter my product keys which are not accepted anyway. By doing so I used all my keys and since I have no idea how to fix this issue I guess this is the end of my flying with DCS as I am not prepared to buy the all lot again. Was nice to fly with you guys for the time it lasted (few months). Good flying to all. Cheers:cry:
King_Hrothgar Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 Wipe DCS completely (absolutely everything, folders and regestries included) and contact customer support. They will refresh your keys.
dooom Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 do some forum searching... i'm sure there is a solution. That said, the keys dont ever expire... search the forums - theres info on how the keys are refreshed. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted March 30, 2016 ED Team Posted March 30, 2016 You should have deactivated your modules before changing your OS Each license (disk) has initial 10 activations plus AAA technology (described below). An activation will be required if the hardware/software changes exceed 12 points as rated below: CPU ID: 13 Windows PID: 3 Computer Name: 3 Hard drive volume serial number: 3 MAC address: 6 RAM amount: 6 You can use the registry keys here to wipe them, and then you will be able to reactivate. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/564/#1780273 Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
