Yurgon Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 With the OpenBeta update to 1.5.3.52724.74, the Gazelle is officially released, but I wasn't able to install it using the Module Manager, it simply didn't show the Gazelle. The Gazelle icon at the DCS main screen showed the "$ (Buy now)" indicator next to it. A post from TomcatMucDe that got deleted because it was posted in the wrong thread helped me install it, so here's how it worked for me. Open a command line, navigate to the bin folder of your OpenBeta and launch: dcs_updater.exe install POLYCHOPSIM_SA342
1.JaVA_Platypus Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 My installation didn't want to update. I fixed it with "DCS_Updater.exe install @openbeta" The key here is to have the proper open beta version as mentioned in the post above. If you go into the module manager afterwards (and log-in!) It should pop-up a little window wich ask fir permission to download the Gazelle. Anyways, I think it is because of the weekend rush these kind of problems. Happy Flying! :pilotfly:
Yurgon Posted May 8, 2016 Author Posted May 8, 2016 I just heard that the issue had been fixed within a matter of minutes. Anyway, if something similar happens in the future, maybe this thread will be of help.
