Try a fresh input folder, rename the old one ( keep it as a backup )

 

C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input

 

once you have renamed it, restart dcs and try to map your inputs again, it will create a new input folder.

 

let me know how you get on

It may be best just to go ahead and try a fresh saved games dcs folder

 

 

C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS\ rename it to keep it as a backup

 

restart dcs and redo your settings and controls

 

make sure dcs is running with admin privileges

Screen goes Black for me too

 

I had this problem for a week or so in 2.0 but it resolved itself. Now, after running the current update in 1.5, my screen goes black after I press okay when assigning or modifying my inputs. Additionally, in 1.5, my mouse is active in the F1 view even though the TrackIr is on. Also, my TrackIr no longer responds properly when the mouse is active.

I ran a repair but it changed nothing.

2.0 works normally and the TrackIr tracks normally as well.

I looked everywhere I can think of but no luck. Any thought would be appreciated.

Windows 7.0 by the way.
