That would be a bug, I think that MRQ waypoint should be editable just as standard waypoints.

Then again I doubt that GBU-12's can do this in real life as well ...

I think in general putting points on VTB is bugged, because you have to more or less face the waypoint and have the radar range set to range bigger then the distance to waypoint to do the trick.

 

Unless that's how it works IRL ? Which I doubt.

I noticed as well that it doesn't work very persistent but could not catch when it works and when not. Removing the points 1 by 1 is also bugged and doesn't work very well.

It works only if you have the WPs in front of you, as Skitter says. And if I understood correctly it is how it is supposed to be...
