Hi everybody!

I start to work on a big part of the cockpit: the ADI which is call "la boule".

Here is the 3D model which of course is WIP and a attempt to print the half sphere on my brand new 3D printer.

I am rely not sure to succed in this adventure but I will try.

The real difficulty is that the Mirage 2000 ADI move on 3 axes (Pitch, Roll and Yaw) and there is very litlle room to install motors and electronics...

Looking forward too see more prints, I'm printing most of my panels on a Wanhao i3+.

Saves alot of work and money, prototyping costs next to nothing, really great tool for simpits if you don't have a workshop!

Hey Matbog.

Awesome work on that Instrument Panel. Looking sweet.

Will this be a full M-2000c Cockpit? Your Check-Six Post topic title reads modular cockpit and you started with a A-10c Instrument panel which you attach to your desk. Will you do the same with the M2000c?

Hi SwissMAG and thanks for your good words.

My A-10C dashboard is no longer attach to my desk but on my aluminum structure that you can see in the #61 post. So, yes the goal here is to build a full Mirage 2000C cockpit (1 dashboard, and 2 lateral consoles) which can be attach to my aluminum structure...and detach to play someting else (A-10C, Racing simulation...).

The case is progressing.

Very Very Nice Matbog, Im happy to see that 3D printing is being used more and more for building pits, there are allmost no limit for what you can build, if you get the right ideas :)

Looking forward to see the result of this :)
