My old set of rudder pedal gave up, and i seen these new rudder by trustmaster, wondering if anyone tried those yet ? They seem kinda cheap and i dont want to get the crosswind or those super expensive ones.

There's a first impression and comparison here between these and the CH pedals:

He says that the TFRPs are positioned even closer than the CH ones, but the TFRPs seems much smoother in use.

It sounds like the TFRPs might be good, if you can live with the tight spacing.

I recently invested in a new system TM Warthog and Trackir. I didn't want to spend $250 for rudder pedals, which I would use less than HOTAS and TrackIr. I previously purchased CH pro pedals which I returned because I could not figure how to get them to work in Falcon BMS.

I initially was not impressed with the initial reviews for the TFRP. But there were few choices on the low end. I decided to get them when I saw some "used" ones offered on Amazon Warehouse Deals for $76. The pedals are too narrow, but I can live with it. The movement is better than CH. So far it has done what I needed it to do and you can't go wrong with paying $76

It depends on your budget an what you are looking for.

With the width of pedals, could they may your knees higher to closer they are together?

I have a low desk and can just use Saitek ones, if my knees were together I am sure they would hit the desk?

Hi B2Blain

I have these with the TM Warthog but I'm getting axis conflict when not using TARGET.

Do you have these working with the TM Warthog? If so, how did you get them to work?

Thanks

The axis conflict is because you are using the default assignments. DCS assigns certain axis to every controller, whether it makes sense or not. You need to manual reassign the axis correctly.

The best tactic is to open the Assign Axis section and use the Clear All button to delete everything. Then manual assign them as you wish.

I bought these pedals when my CH pedals crapped out. I find them a good choice in the under $250 price category. There are a lot more things that I want to spend my money on then the high priced pedals as I do not fly helicopters.
